Nick Havey is the managing editor of an academic journal, an academic writing consultant, and a tutor specializing in standardized test prep. He completed his undergraduate and one of his master’s degrees at the University of Arizona and his second master’s degree at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he is currently a PhD student.
Prior to landing at UCLA, Nick worked at the University of Arizona where he was part of a group assessing the efficacy of standardized tests. As a participant in this research group, he scored in the top percentiles on the GRE, GMAT, MCAT, LSAT, and PCAT.
Nick lives in Los Angeles with his dog Bandit, who is a subpar research assistant but great company.
